About the role
The Director of Sales Foodservice will partner with the Vice President of Foodservice to drive sales growth across all segments for the channel.
The Director of Sales Foodservice is responsible for both acquisition of new accounts and the retention and management of key accounts. In this assignment, we are looking a self-led, resourceful, and committed partner to help us create the next $1B brand in beverage! Responsibilities
Identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and drive execution to maximize revenue in the United States and Canada.
Build strong relationships with major foodservice operators, headquarter accounts, distributors and GPO’s
Manage a network of brokers to amplify foodservice reach and ensure alignment to strategic initiatives
Assist in the development of key segment strategy and be responsible for the execution
Work collaboratively to lead customer reporting, forecasting, and customer on-boarding.
Contribute to the development and management of annual sales plan and budget as related to the strategic growth plans and objectives of the sales channel
Complete assigned projects, presentations, and plans as directed by senior management.
Manage trade spend budget and stay within annual guardrails as a percentage of gross and net sales
Participate in trade shows or events to form deep customer relations to make poppi top of mind within the foodservice community
Inform poppi field sales team, local DSD’s and broadliners on important retail updates for new accounts confirmed
