The Director of Sales Foodservice is responsible for both acquisition of new accounts and the retention and management of key accounts.   • Identify market opportunities, develop sales plans, and drive execution to maximize revenue in the United States and Canada.

  • Build strong relationships with major foodservice operators, headquarter accounts, distributors and GPO’s

  • Manage a network of brokers to amplify foodservice reach and ensure alignment to strategic initiatives

  • Assist in the development of key segment strategy and be responsible for the execution

  • Work collaboratively to lead customer reporting, forecasting, and customer on-boarding.

  • Contribute to the development and management of annual sales plan and budget as related to the strategic growth plans and objectives of the sales channel

  • Complete assigned projects, presentations, and plans as directed by senior management.

  • Manage trade spend budget and stay within annual guardrails as a percentage of gross and net sales

  • Participate in trade shows or events to form deep customer relations to make poppi top of mind within the foodservice community

  • Inform poppi field sales team, local DSD’s and broadliners on important retail updates for new accounts confirmed
