Community Engagement: Assist in fostering a growing & engaged social community by responding to comments, collaborating with creators, participating in relevant trends
Calendar Management: Partner with Social Media Manager in planning all elements of social calendar across channels to ensure alignment across team and consistency in GTM strategies. Develop GTM calendars for all key brand activations, product launches, and base business needs
Reporting & Analytics: Generate monthly reporting on performance across platforms and campaigns including engagement, reach and ROI etc.

1-2 years experience in social media management
Experience in content creation in personal or professional channels is a must
Strong knowledge of social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to adapt writing styles to suit our brand's voice and tone
Ability to meet deadlines and post social media accounts in real time, with little need for oversight
Creative mindset

Extremely self-motivated and proactive
